Is Magnilink MAXX capable of fast-charging my device?

The Magnilink MAXX supports charging speeds of up to 15W, recognized as 'Fast-Charging' by industry standards. This rate is suitable for most entry-level phones and smaller USB-powered devices like readers, headphones, and power banks.

However, for charging larger devices or flagship phones with 'super-fast charge' features, we recommend upgrading to our Magnilink 360 PRO cable, which boasts a remarkable charging speed of up to 100W.

Can I use the same magnetic tips for both Magnilink MAXX and PRO cables?

The magnetic tips of Magnilink MAXX and PRO cables are not interchangeable due to their distinct design. Magnilink MAXX tips are tailored for its 5-Pin head connector, while the Magnilink PRO tips are crafted for its 9-Pin head connector.

For a streamlined and convenient charging experience, we recommend choosing and sticking with one model.

Will the Magnilink MAXX fit my phone case?

The magnetic head of the Magnilink MAXX is designed to accommodate most standard cases.

However, its round shaped design might not align perfectly with very thick or rugged cases like Otterbox. If you wish to use the Magnilink 360 PRO with such cases, widening the connector hole on the case may be necessary.

Is Magnilink MAXX compatible with Apple CarPlay / Android Auto?

The Magnilink MAXX is fully equipped to support data transfer, making it ideal for use with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Its design, which doesn't include a bending head like our Magnilink 360 MAXX, offers increased stability. This feature becomes particularly beneficial on bumpy roads, ensuring your connection remains secure and uninterrupted during your drive.

The USB-C ports did not transfer data like the website said they would. We tried using multiple ports, multiple cables, and connecting to a laptop and the car for CarPlay, but none of this fixed my issue.
The customer service representative only sent one email reply, which did not fix my issue, and never responded to my follow-up emails. It has since been 18 days and counting without a response to any of my emails. I can’t even return the non-functional cables because I can’t get a response from their other help line.

I’d buy with this company a third time !!!!!! I’m very satisfied …

Work ok but a bit disappointed that end that connects to phone is so rigid. An elbow connector would be better as it's too easy to disconnect it.

Actually having bought a few hundred dollars worth of these “magic” USB cables that take the hassle out of recharging all the gadget's we must recharge every day, is the ultimate solution to the problem.
I started out buying quantities to give as gifts. At the same time, I always kept a few for myself😂
